Pascal Danae
Pascal Danae, Guitar player, singer songwriter, was born in France with Caribbean roots (Guadeloupe).
He played with Harry Belafonte, Chico Cesar, Paco Sery, Co- wrote songs with Richard Bona, Fania and recorded some of his own songs with Manu Katche and Pino Palladino before coming to London, where he kept sharpening both his Afro-Rock guitar style and his song writing. He worked with Roachford, Shaun Escoffery, the Dreem Teem, The Sugarbabes, David Knoffler and Morcheeba. Pascal is now based in Paris focusing on the singer songwriter side of his career; he recently toured in trio with Manu Katche and Laurent Vernerey, singing his own material. He’s also co-writing an album with the singer Dave Cumming in London. The Project called Akilo is supported by Dale Newton ( the Police, the Sex Pistols) and Allan and Terry Wogan.
